Por-A-Mold is a two-part, room temperature cure, polyurethane elastomer system. Por-A-Mold can be used for replicating any three-dimensional item or as a finished product. Quality
- Batch consistency
- High physical properties
- Low viscosity to capture fine detail
- Longevity! Por-A-Mold has a good library life of finished mold or part if stored properly
Formulated to Your Requirements
- Available in a full range of hardnesses, A-20 to A-80
- Each system has unique physical properties varying in elongation, flexibility, and abrasion resistance
Versatile
Por-A-Mold can be used as a casting medium for finished parts or a mold making material. POR-A-MOLD can replicate most properly prepared surfaces (i.e. correct release agent, sealants, etc).
- Surfaces such as:wax, resin, epoxy, plaster of paris, gypsum, concrete, wood, clay, etc.
